Marion Center Student Council is hosting a breakfast with Santa on December,7th, 2024 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am in the McCreery Cafeteria. There will be an assortment of fun things like breakfast, games, crafts, and treats. There will be a breakfast raffle, held at the breakfast (cash only) Each child will have the chance to sit on Santa’s lap for pictures. It’s $8 for each person, but children under the age of 1 receive free admission.
Ms. Caitlin Kalgren said, “As soon as the pink-out game is over, which is mid-October. We begin working with Santa, and we start to decide on what theme the breakfast should be and when we get Santa’s approval, they order what they need to decorate and then they talk to Mrs. Allison Kimmel and decide what food should be served at the breakfast. The Student Council brings in the Christmas magic.”
The deadline to make a reservation to attend Santa’s Breakfast has passed, but those signed up will enjoy a fun-filled morning with Santa, Student Council, and many happy families in attendance. The Marion Center Theatre Class also prepares a play to put on for all the visitors. Each year, they choose a different play to showcase, last year they did Twas The Night Before Christmas. Make sure to share photos taken at the event and thank Student Council advisors, officers, and members for putting together so many amazing events for, not only our students but also their families to attend to spread excitement and joy all year!
