Marion Center, PA — Marion Center Area High School proudly announces that senior Joshua McIsaac has been selected to participate in the prestigious 2026 All-State Choir, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association.
Selection to the All-State Choir represents one of the highest honors a high school musician can achieve in Pennsylvania. Students must successfully advance through a rigorous, multi-level audition process at the district and regional levels before earning a place in the All-State ensemble, which features the top vocalists from across the entire state.
Joshua will join elite student musicians from throughout Pennsylvania at the 2026 PMEA All-State Festival, where participants rehearse intensively under the direction of nationally recognized conductors before presenting a culminating public performance.
The PMEA, a statewide organization dedicated to promoting excellence in music education, provides these opportunities to support student growth, musicianship, and performance at the highest level.
Joshua’s selection reflects his exceptional talent, dedication, and commitment to choral music, as well as the strength of the Marion Center music program under the direction of Mrs. Chellise Stolarz.
Marion Center Area High School congratulates Joshua McIsaac on this outstanding achievement and wishes him continued success at the All-State Festival and in his future studies majoring in Music with a vocal concentration at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
